Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver your Aureva jewellery with care, speed and security: 

Orders are typically processed within 15-20 working days from confirmation, subject to stock availability. 

For customised or engraved items, please allow an additional 5 business days for production before dispatch. 

We insure all shipments while in transit; however, please ensure someone is available to take delivery and sign for the parcel, to avoid loss or damage. 

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. If you notice any damage or tampering, please refuse delivery or notify us within 48 hours.
