To preserve the beauty and longevity of your Aureva pieces, please follow these guidelines: 

Remove your jewellery before bathing, swimming (especially in chlorinated or salt water), exercising, or applying cosmetics, perfumes or sprays, these may affect the finish or gemstones. 

Store each piece separately in its original box or a soft pouch to avoid scratches, tangles or damage from other items. 

Clean your jewellery periodically: use a soft, lint-free cloth and mild soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before storing. For items set with precious stones or pearls, avoid abrasive cleaners. 

Avoid exposure to extreme heat or sudden temperature changes, as these can affect gemstone settings or metal finishes. 

Bring your piece for periodic professional check-ups (for example, annually) to inspect clasps, settings, and polish/restore the finish. This helps prevent loss or damage over time. 

Please note: routine wear may result in minor surface scratches or changes in appearance; such normal wear is not considered a fault.
