Return Policy 

We value your satisfaction and confidence in purchasing the Aureva Collection. Please note: returns are subject to the following terms: 

You may request a return for change-of-mind within [30] calendar days of delivery, provided the item is in “as new” condition unworn, unaltered, without scratches or signs of wear, and accompanied by the original packaging, tags, certificate (if any) and proof of purchase. 

Certain items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns: earrings (for hygiene reasons), items that have been engraved or custom-made, resized rings, or items made to customer specification. 

For returns initiated due to fault (defects in workmanship or materials) we will inspect the item and, subject to our assessment and applicable consumer law, offer repair, replacement or refund. 

We reserve the right to decline a return under the change-of-mind policy if the item does not meet the condition requirements, or is a sale/clearance item. 

To return an item, please contact our Customer Care team with your order details, reason for return, and we will provide instructions for shipping. 

You are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns; shipping costs are refundable only if the return is due to our fault. You are advised to insure the parcel and retain tracking information we are not responsible for items lost in transit. 
 
Refund Policy 

Once we receive your returned item and it has passed our quality inspection: 

Refunds will be made via the original payment method used at purchase (credit card, bank transfer, etc). For cash payments, alternative refund methods may apply. 

The refund amount will equal the purchase price paid for the item (excluding original shipping charges, unless the return is due to our fault). 

Please allow up to [15-20 business days] after we receive the returned item for the refund to appear in your account.
